We are looking for a beginner-friendly technical support engineer to help evaluate and validate hardware and systems. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided. This is a fully remote role you can do from home.
You will work from engineering specifications, help set up and maintain test setups, record and document test results, and support the team with ongoing troubleshooting. You will also help track down problems and report findings clearly.
We are looking for someone with an interest in electronics or a related technical area, basic troubleshooting skills, and comfort using common computer tools. Familiarity with team chat apps, word processing, and spreadsheets is a plus. A willingness to learn and follow instructions matters most.
