We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Documentation Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will create and edit software guides, help content, and program documentation. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is required.
Roles: Write clear user manuals and help content for software installations. Prepare and edit reports, meeting notes, and presentation materials. Keep documentation organised and up to date. Review the work of other contributors as you gain experience.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, with training and ongoing support.
Skills/background needed: A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is helpful but not required. Comfort with writing and editing is a plus, and we provide full training. You should be able to work independently and follow clear documentation standards.
