Roles: Technical Documentation Assistant
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Documentation Assistant to help create, maintain, and publish clear help articles for a software platform. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided – no prior experience necessary.
What you will do:
Write and update public and internal help articles in a knowledge base. Explain technical details in simple language for readers with different skill levels. Turn developer requirements into clear, thorough tickets using a project tracking tool. Help create onboarding guides for new users.
Skills/background needed:
A willingness to learn and strong attention to detail. Good written English and the ability to explain ideas clearly. Comfort with basic online publishing tools, with training provided. Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive remote team. Any exposure to web basics, coding, or design terms is a plus, but not required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
