We are seeking a full-time technical content writer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on reviewing and improving the accuracy of technical content on our website, while collaborating with the team to create clear, engaging material for our audience.
Roles: Your responsibilities will include adding new content pages to the website following established guidelines, identifying relevant discussions and topics online to drive attention to our services, completing various content writing tasks as needed, ensuring all written content is optimized for search engines, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Skills/background needed: You should have strong writing, proofreading, and research skills. Experience identifying relevant information from manuals and technical documents is important. You’ll need the ability to proofread and edit content to ensure it is free of errors, plagiarism, and grammatically correct. A working knowledge of search engine optimization best practices and how to implement and optimize content for them is essential. You should be comfortable multitasking, staying organized, and communicating effectively within a team environment. Familiarity with online advertising best practices and social media is a plus.
