We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Content Lead to join our fully remote team. This work-from-home role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, helpful content. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided.
Roles: Write and maintain product documentation, user guides, and help center articles. Create training materials, tutorials, and quick-start guides. Write blog posts, case studies, and product announcements. Work with product and engineering teams to understand features and explain them simply. Keep content organized and up to date using tools like Google Docs, WordPress, and Notion.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed: Strong written communication and attention to detail. A willingness to learn technical topics and explain them clearly. Comfort working with a remote team. Full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
