We’re looking for a Technical Content Creator to join our team. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone who enjoys writing about products and technologies in clear, engaging ways.
What you’ll do:
You’ll create content that explains technical products and features to different audiences—from beginners to experienced users. This includes writing product descriptions, educational guides, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content. You’ll work with product teams and engineers to understand how things work, then translate that into language anyone can understand. You’ll also support product launches, interview team members and partners, and stay on top of industry trends.
Skills we’re looking for:
Strong writing and editing skills. Ability to take complex information and make it simple and clear. Comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Good collaboration skills and ability to work with different teams. Experience with content management systems, basic SEO, or analytics is helpful but not required. Any experience with photography, video, or multimedia content is a bonus.
What we’re looking for in background:
A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, technical writing, or a related field—or relevant work experience that shows similar skills. Experience in content creation, technical writing, or marketing communications. Enthusiasm for the industry you’ll be writing about is important.
