Roles: Tax Support Advisor
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, work from home
We are looking for friendly, beginner-level people to join our fully remote support team. You will help customers by answering emails and chats about their tax questions and by guiding them through our platform. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed to get started.
What you’ll do:
Answer incoming emails and chats from customers and help resolve their questions. Guide customers through the platform and help with basic technical and tax workflow problems. Check and understand customer tax document types when needed. Keep clear records of solutions and processes. Share ideas for improving the product and knowledge base. Work closely with the support manager and other leaders to build helpful systems.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required – full training provided. Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfort using email, chat, and online support tools. A positive, adaptable attitude and a willingness to learn. Basic familiarity with tax preparation is a plus, but not required.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
