Roles: We are looking for friendly, beginner-friendly Ticket Writers to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will be the welcoming face of our betting service, helping both regular and first-time customers feel comfortable and informed.
What you will do:
Welcome customers and answer their questions about betting options in a clear, helpful way. Guide newcomers so they can make informed, responsible choices. Resolve simple customer concerns and pass anything more complex to your supervisor. Complete required paperwork accurately and follow all rules and compliance standards. Work collaboratively with your team and keep a positive, professional attitude.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required – full training is provided. Basic computer knowledge (email, Microsoft Excel, internet) is helpful. Strong written and verbal communication and simple math skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not essential. You must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
Contract length: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
