We’re looking for detail-oriented people to join our team processing bets and handling customer transactions in a fast-paced remote environment. No prior experience required—we provide full training on all systems and procedures.
What you’ll do:
Process customer bets and transactions accurately, handle cash with precision, answer customer questions about wagering, manage account balances throughout your shift, and maintain detailed records. You’ll work from home using our online betting system and standard office software.
Skills/background needed:
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), comfort with computers and Microsoft Word/Excel, ability to multitask under pressure, strong attention to detail, friendly customer service approach, and excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred).
