About The Role:
We’re looking for a part-time paid social media coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is eager to learn how to execute campaigns end-to-end, monitor performance data, and identify growth opportunities. You’ll work collaboratively with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver results.
This is a temporary, part-time position. The schedule is approximately 24 hours per week, with flexibility depending on business needs. Full training will be provided—no prior paid social experience is required.
Responsibilities:
• Launch, manage, analyze, and scale paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Conduct regular performance checks to ensure campaigns are tracking toward targets and meeting efficiency goals
• Analyze campaign data and key metrics to identify optimization opportunities and provide recommendations
• Support weekly and monthly performance reporting for the team, focusing on data-led insights
• Use spreadsheet tools and analytics software to track and report on campaign performance
• Analyze paid creative performance and share insights with the team and leadership
• Support the creative team by sharing performance insights on image and video content
• Brainstorm and ideate new creative approaches during team planning sessions
Skills/background needed:
• Eagerness to learn paid social media marketing (no experience required)
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into action
• Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest is a bonus but not required
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams
