Social Media & Outreach Specialist – Part Time Remote
We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated person to help grow our business through social media management and community outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping to develop a growing organization.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll:
- Build relationships with potential partners and referral sources via email, phone, social media, and in-person outreach
- Follow up with contacts consistently and develop partnerships
- Identify community events and marketing opportunities
- Manage, create, and post content for Instagram and other social media platforms
- Promote the business within local communities
- Track outreach activities, leads, and results
- Help generate new inquiries and partnership opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Skills/background needed:
- Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable reaching out to new people
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Organized and consistent with follow-up and task management
- Comfortable using Instagram and other social media platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in marketing, sales, outreach, or social media is helpful but not required
- Prior experience in relevant industries is a bonus, but no background is necessary—we provide full training

Contract length: Ongoing part-time role with potential to grow
Hours: 10–15 hours per week, flexible scheduling
