About the role
This is a fully remote position where you’ll help drive growth and build brand awareness across digital channels. You’ll work collaboratively with a supportive team to create engaging content, manage social media presence, and execute marketing campaigns that connect with audiences.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms
• Lead digital marketing initiatives to grow audience reach and drive meaningful interactions
• Create and manage marketing content that speaks clearly to both business and consumer audiences
• Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies using social media, email marketing, paid campaigns, and other digital channels
• Build and maintain a strong digital presence across social platforms
• Monitor campaign performance, gather insights from data, and optimize for better results
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to strengthen brand positioning
• Work within budget parameters and manage resources effectively across campaigns
• Communicate progress and results to team leadership
Skills/background needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role (or equivalent practical experience)
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Experience creating and managing digital campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with data analysis and using analytics tools to measure campaign success
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
