As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice and digital face of the organization, helping us reach and engage our audience across multiple platforms. You’ll develop your expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and community management from day one, with full training provided.
Responsibilities
You will develop, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms that resonates with our audience.
You will help guide brand management efforts, ensuring consistency in voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital channels.
You will monitor, respond to, and foster meaningful conversations with followers, supporters, and community members.
You will track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate the impact of our digital presence.
You will manage multiple projects, content calendars, and deadlines while coordinating with team members across different departments to ensure social media efforts align with organizational goals.
Skills/background needed
No prior professional experience required. We welcome entry-level candidates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, including exceptional attention to grammar, tone, and messaging.
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook. Experience with social media scheduling tools is a plus.
Basic experience with graphic design tools such as Canva is helpful but not essential—training will be provided.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. You should be self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
Reliable internet access and a personal computer or device capable of performing all job duties.
High school diploma or above.
Contract length
