About the role
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Manager to help build and grow our online community. You’ll work fully remote, creating engaging content, managing our social channels, and helping to shape our brand’s presence across platforms.
This is a great opportunity to develop your social media skills in a supportive environment. You’ll learn how to craft compelling posts, engage with communities, and understand what content resonates with audiences. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and mentorship.
What you’ll do
Content & Strategy
• Create engaging, platform-native social media content across multiple channels
• Write captions, scripts, and community responses that connect with our audience
• Help develop content ideas and contribute to our social media planning
• Learn to translate brand messaging into engaging storytelling
• Assist with content calendar planning and posting schedules
Community & Engagement
• Engage with our online community through comments and messages
• Help identify trends and listen to what our audience cares about
• Support campaign launches and collaborative projects
• Work with team members across different departments to bring campaigns to life
Learning & Growth
• Monitor how our content performs and learn what works
• Help identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach
• Stay curious about emerging trends and new platform features
• Experiment with different content formats and ideas
Skills and background needed
• Genuine passion for social media and online culture
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and come up with fresh content ideas
• Comfort learning new tools and platforms
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally
• Basic understanding of social analytics and performance metrics
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• No prior professional experience required – enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most
