Social Media Manager – Paid Campaigns Work From Home

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of paid social media presence across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media and eager to shape the voice, strategy, and growth of a brand.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll be responsible for developing the overall social media vision while also creating content, launching campaigns, managing influencer relationships, engaging with our community, and analyzing performance. As part of the marketing team, you’ll lead social media strategy while collaborating cross-functionally with creative agencies, content, sales, legal, and analytics teams.

What You’ll Do:

Paid Social Media Advertising

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms.

Monitor performance and optimize targeting, budgets, and creative.

Conduct A/B tests and performance testing.

Influencer Marketing

Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.

Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage influencer relationships.

Analytics & Reporting

Measure key performance indicators including engagement, reach, traffic, leads, and customer acquisition.

Develop reports and recommendations for leadership.

Social Media Strategy & Ownership

Own the company’s social media strategy and execution across all major platforms.

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media roadmap aligned with business and marketing objectives.

Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and advocacy.

Serve as the internal expert on social media trends and best practices.

Continuously evaluate new channels, content formats, and technologies.

Organic Social Media

Own the content calendar across major social platforms.

Create engaging written, visual, and video content.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaigns and launches.

Manage community engagement and brand conversations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with creative agencies, content, legal, and analytics teams.

Ensure messaging aligns with broader marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

Skills/background needed: Strong copywriting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns and influencer marketing. Full training provided for entry-level candidates; we welcome those eager to learn and develop in this field.

Bonus points: Experience in financial services or other regulated industries. Previous experience scaling an influencer marketing programme. Experience with compliance and review processes.
