About This Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager & Marketing Specialist to join our team on a fully remote basis. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone eager to build a career in digital marketing and social media strategy. You’ll work across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
No prior professional experience is required — we provide full training and support to help you succeed. If you’re creative, organized, and excited about social media and digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Digital & Social Media Marketing
• Manage and create content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Help oversee digital marketing campaigns and track performance using analytics tools
• Assist with website updates and optimize content for engagement
• Stay informed about new digital trends and tools to keep content fresh and relevant
Brand & Content Development
• Create and develop on-brand messaging across all marketing channels
• Write compelling copy for social posts, emails, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with team members to develop content calendars and campaigns
Measurement & Reporting
• Track key performance indicators such as engagement rates, audience growth, and website traffic
• Prepare simple reports to share insights and results with the team
Skills & Background Needed
• Passion for social media and digital marketing
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfort with basic analytics and tracking tools (we’ll train you on the specifics)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Canva, and social media platforms
