Social Media & Influencer Marketing Coordinator – Remote Entry Level

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and creative coordinator to support our brand growth by researching creator partnerships, identifying social media opportunities, and building relationships with content creators.

You don’t need prior marketing experience or expertise in social media management. If you have some interest in brand building, social media trends, influencer partnerships, or content creation, you’re a great fit. We’ll provide full training and support as you grow into the role.

You’ll be responsible for identifying creators who align with our brand and audience, researching their platforms, and starting conversations with potential partners. Essentially, you’ll help us discover and connect with creators while supporting our broader social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify content creators on major social platforms who align with our brand values and target audience. This includes both established creators and smaller, emerging creators who may be a strong partnership fit.

Evaluate creators based on audience demographics, engagement rates, content quality, niche focus, and overall brand alignment.

Monitor social media trends and discover new creators and partnership opportunities on an ongoing basis.

Build and maintain an organized database of potential creators with relevant contact information and partnership details.

Find appropriate contact information and reach out to creators through email, direct messages, and other professional channels.

Introduce our brand and communicate collaboration opportunities in a professional, personable way. Customize outreach messages rather than using generic templates.

Follow up with creators who haven’t responded and track all outreach activity, responses, and partnership status.

Communicate professionally with creators, answer basic questions about potential partnerships, and help move conversations forward.

Role Structure

This is a hands-on support role within our brand and marketing growth efforts. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and eventually alongside our social media and marketing staff.

The initial focus will be creator research, outreach, and partnership development, with opportunities to take on additional brand and social media responsibilities as you develop in the role.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Ongoing

Skills/background needed: Interest in social media, brand building, or influencer partnerships. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to research and evaluate content creators. Comfort with email and direct messaging outreach. No prior experience required — we’ll provide training.

Location: Open to applicants worldwide. Fully remote.
