Social Media & Digital Marketing Associate – Contract Remote

Roles: Social Media Coordinator, Digital Marketing Support

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Project-based, flexible independent contractor arrangement

Location: Remote (work from anywhere)

About the role:

We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented marketing coordinator to help us execute targeted campaigns and build our social media presence. In this flexible project-based role, you’ll work with us to create compelling marketing messages, manage our social channels, and support outreach to professional audiences. No prior experience necessary—we provide full training and support every step of the way.

What you’ll do:

Email & Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns and LinkedIn content tailored to professional audiences. Write clear, engaging messages and design low-friction calls to action. Manage newsletters and track open rates to refine future campaigns.

Social Media Management: Build and manage our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Create insight-driven posts, share thought-leadership content, and coordinate promotional visuals across channels.

Campaign Support: Assist with planning targeted social media advertising, exploring industry-specific communities and portals to reach high-value leads. Help coordinate promotional efforts across multiple channels.

Content & Analytics: Support basic SEO content work, use content creation software like Canva, and analyse campaign performance (open rates, click rates) to suggest improvements and iterate on messaging.

Skills/background needed:

Strong written communication skills—you can explain technical concepts simply and persuasively to professional audiences.

Comfortable with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and basic content creation software (e.g., Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets).

A proactive, self-starting approach. You enjoy testing new messaging ideas, analysing results, and refining campaigns independently.

Legally authorised to work as an independent contractor.

Prior freelance, internship, or project experience in marketing or communications is a plus, but not required—we welcome entry-level applicants with enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Why work with us:

Flexible, autonomous working arrangement—you control your schedule and focus entirely on delivering quality work and creative outputs.

Full training provided on all tools and processes.

Opportunity to build real marketing skills in a supportive environment.

Work on meaningful campaigns from day one with a mission-driven team.
