About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile team member to manage and grow our online presence. You’ll be responsible for everything from creating engaging content and running social media campaigns to managing our email communications and website updates. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear multiple hats—drafting blog posts in the morning, scheduling social content in the afternoon, and keeping all our digital assets organized along the way.

You’ll be the point person for all of our digital communications, ensuring consistency across platforms and that everything we share online is professional and on-brand. If you enjoy variety, can work independently, and take pride in creating clean, engaging digital experiences, this is a great fit. No industry experience required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, and captions.
  • Write blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing copy that engages and informs our audience.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, respond to messages, and build community engagement.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, from writing to scheduling to tracking performance.
  • Organize digital files, maintain content calendars, and keep everything easy to access.
  • Create simple graphics and designs using tools like Canva.
  • Track social media and email campaign performance, and report on results.
  • Provide general marketing support to the team as needed.

Skills/background needed:

  • Strong writing skills and comfort creating content for different platforms.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools and basic campaign management.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic analytics.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • A good eye for design and visual communication.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with basic SEO or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising.
  • Experience in any professional industry or customer-facing environment.

Why join us:

  • Full training provided—no prior experience necessary.
  • Fully remote role; work from anywhere.
  • Flexible working environment with autonomy to manage your own schedule.
  • Supportive team that values creativity and initiative.
  • Opportunity to grow your skills across multiple digital marketing disciplines.
