We’re looking for a creative Social Media & Content Specialist to help grow our brand through engaging short-form video content. You’ll work from home, developing strategies and creating content across social platforms that resonates with our audience and drives real results.
What You’ll Do
You’ll develop and execute social media strategies focused on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Your responsibilities will include creating and editing short-form videos, understanding content trends and algorithms, and developing creative concepts that capture attention. You’ll manage our social channels with consistent posting, find and communicate with creators and micro-influencers, and create clear briefs for content collaboration. You’ll repurpose strong content across multiple platforms, write engaging captions and calls to action, and shoot or create basic content yourself when needed. You’ll work closely with our design team on higher-end creative work, stay on top of social trends, track video and creator performance, and continuously test new ideas to improve results.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need
You should have experience or strong interest in growing brands through social media, with a solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video content. You’ll be comfortable creating and editing short videos yourself. Knowledge of creator and influencer marketing, visual design principles, and how social media connects to sales is valuable. Experience with content creation tools like CapCut and Canva is helpful. You should be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects. We’re looking for someone who brings new ideas to the table, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to grow with a brand long term.
