We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented content creator and video producer to join our growing marketing team on a part-time contract basis. You’ll produce engaging, high-quality short-form video content for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
This role is perfect for someone who understands how content performs on social media and wants to build their portfolio while working with a mission-driven brand. You’ll own video production from concept through editing, collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and launches, and stay ahead of trending content styles and platform features.
Core Responsibilities
Create, film and edit high-quality short-form video content optimized for social platforms. Own fast-turnaround content production for trending topics, behind-the-scenes footage and gameplay captures. Partner with the marketing lead to develop campaign concepts and seasonal content ideas. Capture platform-native content that feels authentic and is optimized for engagement. Stay current with social trends, editing techniques and platform updates, bringing fresh creative ideas to the team. Support major campaigns, product launches and creator collaborations. Work independently managing multiple projects on tight timelines with minimal oversight. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand quality while keeping content fresh and relevant.
Skills/background needed
Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social platforms. Strong understanding of how content performs on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or CapCut. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Self-starter mentality with comfort operating with minimal oversight. Familiarity with gaming, entertainment or consumer tech brands is a plus, as is experience with live event coverage or creator collaborations.
