About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and develop your skills in social media management and content creation. You’ll work from home, managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and helping build brand awareness across digital channels.

This role combines social media management with broader content and marketing support. You’ll have the opportunity to develop messaging, create content for different audiences, build social media campaigns, and support the wider marketing efforts of the organisation.

What you’ll do

Social Media & Brand Strategy

You’ll help develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across social media platforms. You’ll learn how to translate organisational offerings into clear, compelling messages that resonate with different audiences. Working with guidance, you’ll ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Content Creation

You’ll create diverse content including:

Social media posts across platforms
Email campaigns and newsletters
Blog articles and thought leadership pieces
Case studies and customer stories
Landing pages and website content
Webinar materials
Campaign-specific collateral
Educational and informational guides

The goal is to create engaging, trustworthy content that builds awareness and moves people closer to learning more about the organisation.

LinkedIn & Thought Leadership

You’ll help build the organisation’s LinkedIn presence by developing content strategy, creating engaging posts, turning company expertise into shareable content, and identifying industry topics where the organisation can add value to the conversation.

Digital Content & Website Support

You’ll contribute to website strategy and content, improve messaging and calls to action, develop targeted landing pages for specific campaigns, and use performance data to refine and improve content effectiveness.

Supporting Sales & Marketing Teams

You’ll create materials that help the sales team succeed, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive positioning documents. You’ll work closely with sales leadership to understand prospect needs and create content that strengthens the sales process.

Events & Field Marketing

You’ll help identify relevant events and conferences, create event-specific messaging and materials, develop booth concepts and signage, and create pre-event and post-event outreach campaigns.

Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Basic familiarity with digital content, email marketing, and social platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok
Interest in how organisations communicate with their audiences

Preferred

Any prior experience creating content or managing social media, even as a hobby or volunteer
Experience working with digital design or understanding what makes marketing materials look polished and professional
Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Canva, or WordPress
Understanding of how organisations market to other businesses or institutional clients

Full Training Provided
