We’re looking for a Service Writer to join our team in a fully remote role. You’ll be the bridge between customers and our service team, turning vehicle concerns into clear repair plans and keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
What You’ll Do
• Listen to customers describe their vehicle concerns and create accurate repair orders
• Communicate with technicians to help prioritize work and keep repairs moving smoothly
• Provide clear estimates and explain repairs in a way customers can understand
• Keep customers updated on progress and timing
• Coordinate between teams to ensure repairs are completed correctly
• Build customer confidence and satisfaction through professional follow-up
Skills/background needed
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair services
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical people
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service experience (in any field)
• Attention to detail and professional attitude
• No prior automotive experience required—full training provided
