Work fully remote as a Service Writer for an automotive care team. You’ll help customers by documenting their vehicle service needs, managing appointment details, and communicating clearly about the work being performed. No prior experience required—full training is provided.
What you’ll do:
Write clear service descriptions and customer communications, manage customer records and appointment scheduling, assist with work order documentation, and support the team in delivering excellent customer service. You’ll learn the automotive service process while handling these core tasks.

Friendly communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Computer basics (email, word processing) are helpful. No automotive knowledge needed—we’ll train you.
