Role: Service Writer Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, organized Service Writer Assistant to support customers with their vehicle care and maintenance needs. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided – no prior experience required.
What you’ll do:
Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive first and last impression. Help coordinate general maintenance inquiries such as oil changes and tire services. Operate simple scheduling and tracking tools after training. Maintain a positive, helpful attitude in all situations.
What you’ll bring:
A willingness to learn and follow instructions. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic comfort using a computer and team chat app. A valid driver’s license is required.
