About the role:
As a Content Writer, you’ll research, write, edit, and optimize web content that connects with real people. You’ll turn complex information into clear, accessible articles, guides, landing pages, and resources. Working with subject matter experts across the organization, you’ll develop content informed by customer needs and search behavior while maintaining a natural, engaging writing style.
What you’ll do:
• Research and write high-quality digital content across websites and marketing channels
• Create service pages, landing pages, articles, guides, FAQs, and educational resources
• Apply SEO best practices while keeping content natural and customer-focused
• Interview internal experts and translate their knowledge into clear, compelling writing
• Refresh and improve existing website content for accuracy and relevance
• Maintain consistency with brand voice and editorial standards
• Collaborate with marketing, SEO, web, and communications teams
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Review content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay current on SEO and content marketing best practices
Skills/background needed:
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and search intent
• Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible content
• Experience developing website content for different audiences and services
• Strong research and interviewing skills
• Experience with content management systems and digital marketing workflows
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and content research tools
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant writing experience can substitute
Contract length: Full Time
