We’re developing original short-form animated video content and are looking for screenwriters to write full episode scripts—approximately 30–60 seconds per episode. This is freelance contract work with the potential to grow into ongoing commissions.
What you’ll do:
Write complete episode scripts (not outlines or summaries) for short-form drama content featuring emotionally compelling storylines. Experience or interest in romance tropes, fantasy, sci-fi, or web fiction is a strong plus.
Skills/background needed:
Experience writing microdramas, web fiction, or short-form scripts. A portfolio of previous work is essential—you’ll be asked to share examples during the application process. No professional credits required if your sample work is strong. Full training and feedback provided throughout the writing process.
How it works:
Submit portfolio samples and previous short-form writing work. Selected candidates move through a brief interview process including a portfolio discussion, a short timed writing sample, and a case study conversation. All interviews are conducted remotely via video call.
Contract length: Project-based, with scope and timeline shared upon selection
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
