About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Copywriter to craft clear, conversion-focused copy for business-to-business sales efforts. This is practical, performance-oriented work grounded in how real sales conversations unfold—particularly how a sequence of emails moves a prospect from one stage to the next.
You’ll work on incomplete briefs, adapt to changing direction, and make sound judgment calls to move work forward without every detail spelled out in advance. Full training will be provided, and you’ll learn on the job.
What you will write
Depending on the project, your work may include:
Multi-step sales sequences across email, LinkedIn, and conversation outlines
Short sales emails and follow-ups
Personalization frameworks and variations
Refreshes and optimizations of existing sequences
Editing or adaptation of approved copy for new audiences or industries
What we’re looking for
You’re a good fit if you:
Write clearly, conversationally, and with intention
Can translate complex business subject matter into language busy decision-makers will actually read
Understand the difference between sales copy and marketing copy (or are eager to learn)
Think in terms of sequence and flow—you can build a deliberate progression across a multi-step campaign
Can diagnose the real issue behind feedback (whether it’s the copy itself, the audience, the offer, or the strategy)
Communicate clearly and meet deadlines
Learn quickly and notice patterns in what works
No prior sales copywriting experience is required. We value curiosity, clear writing, and the ability to learn on the job.
Nice to have
Experience writing for technology or business software audiences
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms
Any background in sales, business development, or related fields
Skills/background needed: Entry-level welcome. Writing ability, attention to detail, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
