Roles: We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team as Retail Sales and Service Advisors. In this work-from-home role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with product questions, service requests, and purchases. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and guide them through check-in and check-out. Answer questions about products, services, and pricing. Recommend products that fit each customer’s needs and help them feel confident in their purchase. Keep customer records accurate and support smooth handoffs with the wider team. Follow up on customer leads and help meet team sales goals.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required; full training provided. Strong communication and a friendly attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn about products and services. Basic comfort with computers. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
