What you’ll do:

Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A sincere interest in helping customers
• Comfort communicating clearly in writing and handling several conversations at once
• Willingness to learn and follow simple guidelines
• Basic comfort using a computer and chat tools
