Roles: We are looking for friendly, beginner-level associates to support customers in a fully remote setting. This is a great first step into a customer-focused role, and full training is provided.
You will greet customers warmly, anticipate their needs, and help resolve simple questions. You will handle basic cash and card transactions accurately, keep track of stock, update pricing, and help with inventory tasks. You will also support other teams as needed and stay current with the services we offer.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. You must be at least 16 years of age. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and able to stay on your feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, and read small details on a computer screen.
Contract length: Full time, anticipated 40 hours per week.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
