About the Role
In this remote role, you will support customers through friendly, efficient service while helping with order and payment questions. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed. You will work from home and help create a positive experience for every customer.
What You’ll Do
• Assist customers by answering questions and helping with products and services
• Handle order and payment information accurately and efficiently
• Support inventory accuracy through careful record keeping
• Help train new team members on basic service processes and tools
• Take part in daily service tasks such as balancing records and replenishing supplies
What Skills You Have
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• No retail experience required
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
