Skills/background needed: No prior experience or degree required. Full training provided. You should be a clear communicator who enjoys helping people, can stay calm under pressure, and is willing to learn. Basic comfort with scheduling, coaching team members, handling guest questions, and keeping records tidy is a plus, but we will teach you the rest.
What you will do: Help coordinate and support service staff, share training goals, respond to guest feedback and complaints, keep supplies and work areas organized, and communicate needs with other teams. You will help plan simple promotional activities and track basic expenses to prevent waste.
