We’re looking for an Entry Level Report Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create clear, well-organized reports and ensure that study data is accurate and complete. You’ll work with a supportive team to help move projects forward and contribute to important work that impacts people’s health and safety.
No prior experience is required—we provide full training on all the tools and processes you’ll need. This is a great opportunity to start a career in scientific reporting and data management.
What You’ll Do:
• Create and organize report templates and data spreadsheets to present results clearly and accurately
• Check study-related data entry for accuracy and quality
• Help monitor and track studies to meet deadlines and project goals
• Organize and request data from team members and external partners
• Maintain detailed documentation of study activities following company procedures
• Support the team with administrative tasks like organizing study materials and tracking inventory
• Learn laboratory procedures and help with various study-support tasks
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Help with document reviews and training updates as needed
• Work professionally with team members, clients, and partners
Skills and Background Needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting scientific reports and data
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Basic computer skills and willingness to quickly learn new software
Preferred Experience:
• Any experience with report writing or quality control
• Any experience working with data in a research setting
• Any experience working in a regulated or laboratory environment
Working Conditions:
This position combines remote work and on-site time, depending on business needs. You’ll spend much of your time at a desk working on a computer, and some time on-site at the workplace. Light physical activity is involved, including sitting for extended periods, occasional standing and walking, and light lifting (up to 10–20 pounds). When working on-site, you may need to wear protective equipment such as gloves or a dust mask as required by safety procedures.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
