Roles: Junior Technical Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to join our remote team. In this role, you will help create clear, accurate manuals and guides for hardware and software. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is required. You will work from home and learn on the job.
What you will do:
– Write and edit user manuals, setup guides, and troubleshooting documents.
– Organize information and gather details from team members and subject experts.
– Review documents for accuracy and consistency.
– Support the team with document tracking and weekly reports.
– Join team meetings to share progress and plan work.
Skills/background needed:
– Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
– Good written and verbal communication.
– Attention to detail and basic computer skills.
– Ability to manage a few tasks at once with support.
– Comfort using word processing and spreadsheet software.
