We are looking for beginner-friendly chat support representatives to help customers online. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role, and you can work from anywhere.
In this role you will answer customer questions through online chat, help with account and order questions, and make sure every customer feels heard. You will log conversations in our CRM system, follow simple written steps, and share customer feedback with your team. A supportive team environment and full training help you settle in quickly.
There are opportunities for growth if you want to take on more responsibility over time.
