Roles: We are looking for friendly, beginner-level Betting Ticket Writers to join our remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will help customers with their betting questions and make sure everyone feels welcome.

Contract length: Full time, with flexible scheduling across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required, as full training is provided. You should enjoy talking with people, be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, and be willing to learn the betting options so you can answer customer questions. Basic paperwork and record-keeping will be part of the role. A positive, collaborative attitude is important.
