We are looking for a friendly Automotive Service Writer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will help customers understand their vehicle needs and guide them through the service process from the comfort of your home.
Roles: Listen to customer descriptions of vehicle issues, help clarify problems, prepare estimates for materials and labor, write up repair orders, explain estimates to customers, answer questions, and keep accurate service records. You will also coordinate approvals and arrange temporary transportation when needed.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, with opportunities for growth.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. You need good communication skills, a helpful attitude, basic computer comfort, and a willingness to learn. This is a beginner-friendly role with a supportive team.
