We’re seeking a Proposal Writer to join a growing team supporting client proposals, questionnaires, and strategic deliverables. You’ll work fully remote, writing and coordinating high-quality client responses that help win new business and maintain strong client relationships.
What you’ll do:
Write, edit, and proofread proposals and questionnaires in partnership with subject matter experts and client-facing teams. Develop and maintain content using standard business tools, retrieve and organize data using spreadsheets, and support the delivery of clear, accurate client materials. Build cross-functional relationships across the organization while gaining exposure to product strategy, sales, and client management.
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work with spreadsheets and data organization tools. A positive, professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently and as part of a team. Investment industry experience is helpful but not required—we welcome candidates from any background with strong fundamentals and willingness to learn.
Contract length: Full time, permanent
