We’re looking for an Entry Level Proposal Writer to join a growing team supporting care sector organisations. You’ll develop bids and tender submissions that help organisations win contracts and expand their services.
What you’ll do:
• Write and develop bids and tender responses for care sector clients
• Review tender documents and requirements
• Coordinate input from different teams to build strong submissions
• Turn complex information into clear, persuasive written responses
• Research commissioners and procurement requirements
• Maintain a library of case studies, policies and standard responses
• Meet tight deadlines and ensure all submissions are complete and accurate
Skills/background needed:
No prior bid writing experience is required. You’ll receive full training. We’re looking for strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Any experience in healthcare, social care, or regulated environments is a bonus, but not essential. Familiarity with public sector procurement is helpful but can be learned on the job.
