Responsibilities
Review and proofread a wide range of content including articles, reports, marketing materials, and technical documents for accuracy and consistency
Apply editorial guidelines and style standards to maintain uniformity across all content
Conduct fact-checking to verify information accuracy
Edit content for clarity, tone, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and overall readability while preserving the original voice and intent
Collaborate with writers and content creators to provide constructive feedback
Manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines using standard word processing tools
Ensure all content meets project-specific objectives
Skills/background needed
Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to research and verify information accurately
Familiarity with word processing tools such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs
Strong communication skills to collaborate with writers and team members
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
