Roles: Project Engineer and Junior Project Engineer

Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
We are looking for beginner-friendly engineers to support transportation facility projects, including design and construction work. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is required.
What you will do:
• Help prepare budgets, schedules, and project plans.
• Support design review and coordination with internal teams.
• Write reports, specifications, and project documentation.
• Attend progress meetings and track project milestones.
• Help monitor contractor and consultant performance.
• Follow all safety and security policies.
Skills and background needed:
• No experience necessary; full training provided.
• An engineering or architecture degree is helpful but not required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic comfort with word processing and spreadsheets.
• A willingness to learn project management basics.
Work format: Fully remote work from home. Flexible scheduling, with occasional evening or night meetings as needed.
