About the role:
You’ll partner with customers and internal teams to gather, document, and refine operational processes. Your work will be essential in ensuring that new implementations run smoothly and that all stakeholders understand the workflows and requirements. No prior healthcare experience is necessary—we provide full training.
What you’ll do:
• Gather and document customer-specific requirements during meetings with internal and external teams
• Create clear, well-organised process documentation and work instructions
• Facilitate process review sessions with stakeholders and incorporate their feedback
• Lead documentation review meetings using video conferencing tools
• Present process documentation to ensure everyone understands operational and business requirements
• Manage multiple documentation projects while meeting deadlines
• Route finalised documentation through approval processes for publication
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to facilitate meetings and gather detailed information from stakeholders
• Comfortable presenting to groups
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and team collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organised approach to work
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Prior healthcare or operations experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Contract length: Permanent, full-time
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required for meetings with customers and internal teams across different time zones.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
