We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our remote customer service team. No prior experience is needed — full training is provided, and you’ll be helping customers from the comfort of your own home.
What you’ll do:
Greet and assist customers with a positive, welcoming attitude. Handle online chat and basic transactions accurately. Share current promotions and product suggestions. Keep records tidy and follow simple procedures for payments and refunds. Help keep information organized and report any issues to your supervisor.
Skills/background needed:
No degree or previous experience required. Comfortable using a computer and team chat app. Good communication skills and a helpful manner. Able to follow instructions and stay organized. Reliable and self-motivated. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
