We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team as an Online Chat Representative. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with no prior experience needed and full training provided.
Roles: Help customers through live chat, answer questions about products and pricing, assist with orders and returns, track shipments and inventory, and keep clear, accurate records of each conversation.

Skills/background needed: A positive attitude, good written communication skills, basic computer comfort, and the ability to handle a few conversations at once. Full training is provided and a supportive team environment is part of the job.
