We’re hiring a Multimedia Journalist to create engaging news content across multiple platforms. This is a perfect entry-level opportunity for someone with a passion for storytelling and a willingness to learn all aspects of modern journalism—from shooting and writing to editing and on-air presentation.
Roles: You will shoot, write, and edit news packages; pitch story ideas with immediate relevance; anchor newscasts as assigned; write content for social media and web platforms; produce content for news applications; investigate stories in depth; create special reports; and develop web-exclusive content.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent.
Skills/background needed: You should be curious, creative, and excited about journalism. Strong multitasking ability and the ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. While a bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field is preferred, we welcome motivated candidates willing to learn on the job. You should be flexible about working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
