About this role:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our remote mortgage team. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior mortgage experience is needed. You will work from home and help customers explore home loan options while learning the basics of the mortgage process.
In this role, you will:
• Learn how to gather basic information from customers interested in home loans
• Help match customers with suitable loan options based on their needs
• Build positive relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
• Respond to customer questions about loan programs, rates, and procedures
• Review simple financial and credit information with guidance from senior team members
• Complete follow-up activities and keep customers informed throughout the process
• Take part in the onboarding process to build your knowledge of products, policies, and procedures
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required — full training provided
• A willingness to learn and a customer-focused attitude
• Basic comfort with numbers and financial information
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to complete required registration and background checks as part of the role
