We’re looking for an entry-level Medical Writer to join our growing team. You’ll work fully remote, developing scientific communications for healthcare clients. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and support throughout your onboarding.
What you’ll do:
Research and understand scientific content and project briefs. Develop various forms of scientific communications including manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and presentation materials. Review literature and competitive information to expand your knowledge of therapeutic areas. Perform quality checks including proofreading, data verification, and accurate referencing. Work with senior team members and clients to clarify requirements, manage timelines, and communicate project updates. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and content.
Skills/background needed:
A degree in a science subject (masters level or higher preferred). Strong writing skills with attention to detail. Ability to learn new therapeutic areas quickly. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Enthusiasm for learning, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional communication and willingness to ask questions and seek feedback.
