We’re looking for a detail-oriented Medical Editor to join our remote team. You’ll work from home ensuring medical communications content is accurate, clear, and consistent across a variety of materials.
What you’ll do:
Fact-check, edit, and proofread medical content including presentations, scripts, and digital materials. Verify reference lists for accuracy and completeness. Manage copyright permissions and submissions through content management systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards. Maintain style guides and provide editorial guidance to colleagues. Attend project meetings and support problem-solving across departments.
Skills/background needed:
Bachelor’s degree (science or English preferred). Strong grammar and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with medical writing standards is a plus, but we’ll provide full training. Experience with content management systems is helpful but not required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
