Roles: We are looking for a detail-focused writer to create and update service documentation for complex medical equipment. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided – no prior experience necessary.
What you will do:
Gather technical details from engineers and product teams and turn them into clear, easy-to-follow documentation. Support updates to existing manuals and guides. Work with team members to keep information accurate and consistent. Receive guidance and mentoring as you build your skills.
Skills/background needed: Strong written communication and attention to detail. Comfortable learning new technical topics. Basic experience with Google Docs or Microsoft Word is helpful but not required. A willingness to learn is the most important quality.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, with opportunities for growth.
